We currently deliver across Lagos with regular dispatch riders, and we ship to other states in Nigeria through trusted courier partners. Delivery within Lagos is typically faster than interstate orders.

Delivery fees depend on your location and order size — the exact fee is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. During promotions, orders above a certain amount may qualify for free delivery.

Lagos orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days. Orders to other states usually take a few days longer depending on the courier. We'll keep you updated once your order ships.

Once your order is dispatched, we'll message you directly with an update. For interstate deliveries through a courier, we'll share your tracking details as soon as they're available.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll sort it out quickly — whether that's a replacement or a refund for the affected item.

Yes — everything is made in small batches, not mass-produced or left sitting on a shelf for months. We prepare fresh stock regularly rather than warehousing large quantities in advance.

Keep packs sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight for the best crunch and flavor. Once opened, we recommend resealing tightly and finishing within a couple of weeks for the freshest taste.
